Welcome to Rotherham Foster Carers

FOSTER CARE FORTNIGHT

IMGP9033

Thanks to everyone who was involved in Tuesday's fostering event in All Saints Square. We have had a fantastic response to the launch of fostering fortnight!
Mayor of Rotherham Councillor Shaun Wright released 200 balloons which represents the 144 existing carers we have and the 56 we aim to recruit this year, while revealing the giant jigsaw artwork we have had created to represent fostering in Rotherham. Keep an eye out here for more photo's of the day and look out for us in the press.

Could you care for a teenager?

Right now here in Rotherham we need foster carers for children aged 13 to 18 years. By providing foster care for one of our older children who need a secure home you could be the one person who could make the biggest difference in a teenagers life.

If you think you could meet this challenging and highly rewarding role call us now on 01709 823976 to register your interest.

Fostering can transform your life as well as a child's and make a real difference to their future. You and your family can be the difference for a looked after child.

Fostering is fun, fulfilling, and hugely rewarding.

Although sometimes exhausting and frustrating, most foster carers say it's the most satisfying and worthwhile job they've ever done.
