Support & Training - The Council Team

Your contact won't just be with the Fostering Team - you'll have the support, advice and guidance of a wider Looked After Children (LAC) team, including:

• Your own Fostering Social Worker
• The child's Social Worker
• The Get Real Team (Looked After Children's Education Support)
• The LAAC Team (Looked After and Adopted Children's Emotional Support)
• The LAC Nurse
• The CAMHS Service (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service) - e.g. STEPS (Support, Therapy, Education and Prevention Services) & Chatham House Child & Family Service
• The child's school and its designated LAC Teacher and Governor
• The Children's Rights Service
• The NCH Rotherham Bridges Project (providing support to those leaving care)
